martinshoob	e06700458f	Create default user profile on registration ... Implement a `UserWithProfileManager` to automatically create a default user profile upon user registration. This ensures that each user has an associated profile with default values (e.g., `UserName`, `IsAdmin`, `IsDeleted`).
